  2. If you order multiple items at the same time, the items may not be shipped together. In that case, a "shipment of the applied product, etc." email will be sent at the timing when each product, etc. is shipped, and each contract will be concluded by the transmission.

Article 3 Delivery

  1. We outsource delivery to a delivery company.
  2. The time from application to delivery varies depending on the product you applied for, but delivery may be delayed due to various circumstances such as delivery area, natural disasters, and traffic conditions. In addition, please note that it may take some time to ship the products or the application may not be accepted due to insufficient supply of the products.

Article 4 Returns

As a general rule, we will accept returns only if the product has the following problems and you contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. In this case, we will bear the return shipping fee.

Article 8 Copyright

Article 9 Governing law

  1. The governing law of this agreement shall be Japanese law. In addition, we agree to exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods even if the sale of goods, etc. occurs in this service.

Article 10 Court of Jurisdiction

  1. All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance of the Tokyo District Court.
